The Cascades - Senior Living Apartments
Located in the beachside town of Port Macquarie in NSW this four storey senior living apartment building is a new addition to
the Garden Village Port Macquarie retirement village.
The apartments are designed to appeal to the retired ‘baby boomer’ who is looking for a modern, secure, energy efficient and
well equipped apartment that reflects their lifestyle and are conveniently located to all amenities and support services of the
adjoining village.
The development consists of 52 apartments and communal facilities including a gymnasium, restaurant, coffee shop, meeting
rooms, consultation rooms and undercover parking all grouped around a secure north facing courtyard and gardens.
The design takes advantage of the elevated site to provide all apartments with views to the parklands opposite and river
