Cardinal Stepinac Nursing Home

Located in the south western suburb of St. Johns Park this facility provides aged care support to the Croatian community of Sydney.

This project involved the provision of 12 additional single bed resident rooms, a recreation hall and multi-purpose rooms by extending the ground floor of the existing building. By utilising the fall of the site this extension also provided a lower ground floor level accommodating a new board room and offices, 4 self contained units (each with 1 bedroom and attached garage) and new maintenance workshops.

Designed to complement the existing buildings these extensions incorporate all of the energy efficiencies, services and infrastructure required by a modern aged care facility, specifically tailored to the needs of the client.
