including a gymnasium, meeting rooms
and undercover parking all grouped
around a secure north facing courtyard
and gardens. This arrangement provides
each apartment with natural light and
ventilation, solar access and views.

circular windows, colourful murals and
smiley faces in the flooring to twinkling
star lights and an outdoor story telling
amphitheatre – every detail takes into
account the diverse ways that children
learn from their environment.

this 90 bed ‘aging in place’ facility
consists of low-care, dementia specific
care and high-care residential wings,
together with an administration centre,
a chapel with a specially commissioned
stained glass window and furniture, a
large screen cinema complete surround
sound, a multipurpose hall, renovated
kitchen, new laundry and staff
facilities, landscaped gardens and
courtyards, including a specifically
designed garden for the dementia care
residents.
